Failure to adhere to the reporting requirements will disqualify staff from participating in future Staff Development activities and training, which may adversely affect their ability to perform to expectations.
Limitations
a. While staff development activities are expected to enhance employees’ performance and professional abilities, AfriLabs cannot guarantee that participation in any training will entitle the employee to automatic advancement, a different job assignment, or pay increases. b. Coursework unrelated to the goals of AfriLabs or the population served may not be considered staff development.
