• Divulgence of sensitive, privileged information.
Dismissal due to general misconduct or poor performance
Termination from employment may also result from continued poor performance or general misconduct, including such issues as repeated errors, inability to learn required tasks after instruction, tardiness, wasting time, negative attitude with other employees, and other infractions that result in inadequate work or poor customer service.
