We're here to make your onboarding to the Relocation team as smooth-sailing as possible.

The mission of the CENTURY 21 Affiliated Relocation department is to provide support and training to our A-Team agents. In turn bridge communication for superior service to our third-party corporate clients; resulting in a positive experience for our buyers and sellers with the highest standards and performance!

About Us

The teams & team members

Meet our fantastic Relocation Department! This group of amazing coordinators can help you with all books of business. The team will ensure we are providing the best service we can to the transferees – the best way to make sure we do is to communicate often and with purpose. The counselor, the agent, and the relocation coordinator all make up the team of people dedicated to supporting the customer. Without communication between this team of people, we would have no structure to support the transferee’s needs throughout their relocation.

Where you come in

C21 Affiliated Relocation Team Requirements:

The focus of New Relocation Agent Training is to provide an overview and preliminary introduction to your responsibilities as a Relocation Team Agent. Completion of the New Relocation Agent Training is the first step to actively participating as an active Relocation Team Agent.

Our team's prerequisites

2 YEARS EXPERIENCE 10 CLOSED TRANSACTION

Must have at least two years of experience as a Realtor® and at least 12 or more closed transactions in the past 12 months.

Before You Start

Must submit and pass a Cartus-specific background check. Submit the Cartus Agent Agreement. Complete any Cartus specific required trainings.

CARTUS SPECIFICATIONS

TEAM ANNUAL REQUIREMENTS

You must provide an updated Agent Profile & complete training required by relocation management companies.

Must submit the C21 Affiliated Team Application & Agreement. All referrals from the department have a 47.5% referral fee and paid out at a 50/50 split.

C21AFFILIATED TEAM APPLICATION & AGREEMENT

Agree to placing a minimum of 2 outbound referrals or, close at least 1 outbound referral or, close at least 1 agent generated referral. If none, a $525 fee will be owed to remain on the C21 Affiliated Relocation Team

REFFERAL REQUIREMENTS

Must accept relocation assignments regardless of Price range. Be appropriately dressed with a positive attitude toward the company and relocation

TEAM REGULATIONS

Agree to never reassign a referral customer; always refer back to the Relocation Department. Referral fee will be paid on all relocation transaction. Do not discuss referral fees and or relocation benefit packages with any customers.

Agree to update Relocation Department with all status changes within 24 hours. Agree to communicate efficiently in eRelocation.

Once you’ve submitted your request to join the Relocation Team you will be contacted within 72 hours by a CENTURY 21 Affiliated Coordinator. 1 | APPLICATION

If you haven’t activated your account yet, check your email for an invitation from Knowledge Management Hub. If you need a resend of that invitation, email learning.development@c21affiliated.co. If you forgot your password, type in your @c21affiliated.com email address. You will then receive a password reset email in your inbox only if you’ve activated your account already .

JOIN THE RELOCATION CERTIFICATE

Once you have completed the Learning Path you will download your certificate. Your Relocation Coordinator will be contacting you next.
