Our team's prerequisites

2 YEARS EXPERIENCE 10 CLOSED TRANSACTION

Must have at least two years of experience as a Realtor® and at least 12 or more closed transactions in the past 12 months.

Before You Start

Must submit and pass a Cartus-specific background check. Submit the Cartus Agent Agreement. Complete any Cartus specific required trainings.

CARTUS SPECIFICATIONS

TEAM ANNUAL REQUIREMENTS

You must provide an updated Agent Profile & complete training required by relocation management companies.

Must submit the C21 Affiliated Team Application & Agreement. All referrals from the department have a 47.5% referral fee and paid out at a 50/50 split.

C21AFFILIATED TEAM APPLICATION & AGREEMENT

Agree to placing a minimum of 2 outbound referrals or, close at least 1 outbound referral or, close at least 1 agent generated referral. If none, a $525 fee will be owed to remain on the C21 Affiliated Relocation Team

REFFERAL REQUIREMENTS

Must accept relocation assignments regardless of Price range. Be appropriately dressed with a positive attitude toward the company and relocation

TEAM REGULATIONS

Agree to never reassign a referral customer; always refer back to the Relocation Department. Referral fee will be paid on all relocation transaction. Do not discuss referral fees and or relocation benefit packages with any customers.

Agree to update Relocation Department with all status changes within 24 hours. Agree to communicate efficiently in eRelocation.
