In 2025, we’ll continue to strengthen our customer service and experience! 6 ENGAGE EMAIL SYSTEM UX/UI & EMR INTEGRATIONS In 2025, our goal is to level up the ENGAGE ™ UX (user experience) with a new UI (user interface). The new user interface will make it more intuitive to navigate around the platform, and easily send out marketing emails. In addition, our plan of action is to integrate Engage with EMRs (Electronic Medical Records), to make it more seamless to send marketing emails from your patient database without having to manage lists. We will be working with industry partners such as Prompt, WebPT, Clinicient, Jane, and Raintree to start.

Understanding where your patients are coming from is the key to improving your marketing results. In 2025 we will be bringing you an update to your Patient Lead CRM that will bring all of the tracking together into one system. Your front desk will get a notification of when a lead has filled out the information, and they can then click in the system to record that the lead turned into an evaluation on the books!
