RED JOURNAL ISSUE 1 digital

Having arrived after dark we were still yet to take in our surroundings, and come morning they did not disappoint. Snow as far as the eye could see only broken up by a scattering of pine trees, we had found our wilderness, we had found our adventure. As we sat down to breakfast we were faced with options like reindeer or bear sausages - we were not in a Travelodge any more. The excitment in the air for the day ahead was almost tangible and only increased with the arrival of our transportation team. Who, as it turned out, were more excited to get going than we were.
