Instructor Qualification Standard / V1 2023-12-04
The instructor shall at the start of each day:
Address participants questions and reflections
By questioning, investigate the participants’ learning from the day before
Share own reflections and adjustments from the previous day
Present the plan (including overall aims and learning objectives) for the day to come
The participants shall:
Share reflections and take the time to ask clarifying questions on any training related topic
GWO TAXONOMY FRAMEWORK, CONCEPTS
The aim of this lesson is to familiarise participants with the GWO taxonomy concepts, so that they have an understanding of how to reach learning objectives through learning activities and support their participants to engage in training
After successfully having completed this lesson, the participants can:
20) Apply the basic concepts of the GWO Taxonomy Framework when planning and conducting learning activities (Skills, intermediate level)
The instructor shall:
Facilitate the individual teach back sessions
Provide feedback on the individual teach back sessions
The participants shall:
Conduct each their 25 min lesson (Teach back session) on each their topic from the GWO Taxonomy Framework list of concepts (as assigned the day before):
