The IQT Trainer applicant is approved through:
5) A written application that among others addresses the prerequisites listed above, 6) Observation of training delivery with following feedback by GWO IQTT Teacher,
7) A following interview with GWO IQTT Teacher Group

Because of the flexible strategy with demands of ensuring the needed learning experiences from day-to-day, a minimum team of two teachers is required to facilitate the ongoing preparation, observation, assessment, feedback, and leading learning activities

9.6 Didactical Considerations for the IQTT Workshop 9.6.1 The strategy is a flexible agile structure to follow the needs of the participants and at the same time ensure the sufficient alignment with the IQT Module during the workshop. The IQT syllabus constitute the skeleton, and topics must be shuffled and delivered depending on the participants’ needs and the natural interdependencies of the topics and related concepts.
