INTEGRATION NEWS The atmosphere is abuzz with anticipation in our dryer workshop as we advance toward the development of the future Carter Day 1050 dryer model. We have recently acquired the shell/tubing required for our solid rotor and have initiated the welding process this morning. The first two rotors are designated for training purposes at our EGR facility, marking a significant milestone in our production. The process entails welding the end plates and all blades to construct a solid rotor. Following the initial training phase, the procedure will transition to our Granby location, where the rotor will undergo welding and balancing once additional welders have been recruited. Subsequently, the rotor will be incorporated into the dryer housing, with its manufacturing slated to commence at the EGR facility in June.
