Cinnamon Shore team members and representatives from Frost Bank broke ground on the resort pool at Cinnamon Shore South in February.
You can almost envision the eight cabanas fluttering in beach breezes and hear the waterfall features gurgling from poolside planters. Work continues on the gorgeous, lakeside resort pool complex at Cinnamon Shore South after a team broke ground on the project last February. Set amid a beautifully landscaped setting, other design highlights include: • Infinity edges on three sides, with views to the community lake. • A lower sunset deck for lounging. • An outdoor bar, which will expand in the future into a restaurant in coming years. • Plentiful parking for golf carts, a primary mode of transportation around the community. The pool complex will grow over time to include a family and children’s pool, with this initial pool serving as a grand centerpiece and social hub. Because it’s heated, the pool will draw guests year-round.
The pool complex will add to other amenities at Cinnamon Shore South, known as “South.” Owners and guests can look forward to the 14-foot-wide dune crossover, a 7-acre lake, a 1-mile, lakeside trail, and a Town Center with restaurants and retail. Until the completion of the pool at South, the community’s homeowners and guests will enjoy access to the three, community pools at nearby Cinnamon Shore North. “With the first homes at Cinnamon Shore South finishing this spring, we’re thrilled to see work beginning on the type of amenities that will set Cinnamon Shore South apart,” says Jodi Peters, managing broker at Cinnamon Shore Realty. Located one mile down the beach from Cinnamon Shore, with 150, Gulf-side acres, South is about three times larger than the original community, which was established in 2007.
