Market Report Spring 2020

OUR COMMUNITY: HAPPY HOURS We can’t wait to get back to regular get-togethers! But close together or socially distant, time at the beach makes for the happiest hours of all.

Back in February, over Valentine’s Weekend, we invited homeowners to gather at Dylan’s Coal Oven Pizzeria for a Homeowner Happy Hour. It was such fun to catch up, and the staff let kids and adults try their hand at tossing pizza dough, as Matt Lawson, general manager of food and beverage, supervised. We’ll be hosting regular happy hours in our real estate office again, once we’re past this season of social distancing. In the meantime, this spring, we’re having fun waving to the homeowners who have retreated to

their vacation homes at Cinnamon Shore. They’re enjoying time with family during this unusual season at the Shore and across our country. We love seeing that homeowners have taken refuge here, within the confines of Cinnamon Shore, and everyone’s taking all the right precautions. One day soon we’ll clink glasses with neighbors and homebuyers again! Until then, enjoy memories of the time you’ve spent with us at Cinnamon Shore. There’s a reason that one of our homeowners named their vacation home “Happy Ours.”

Spending time together as neighbors makes our village special.
