“She helps me see my problems from a different point of view.” -Deonte Charmicheal, client at Bridging the Tys to Jordan

UNIQUE PERSONALITIES

Charmicheal was surprised by the vast support he received upon arriving at Bridging the Tys to Jordan. He notes that each staff member has a distinct personality and role at the treatment center. Tyson Everett, founder of the center, keeps everything running smoothly and ensures procedures are up to par. Everett engages with each client, sharing his own journey and encouraging clients to open up about their own. He also holds people accountable for their treatment process, Charmicheal shares, and often gives a necessary push when needed. In comparison, counselor Pamela Wilcher takes a different approach. “Miss Pam gives you a motherly touch. She’ll sit down and talk to you. She helps me see my problems from a different point of view,” Charmicheal says. He describes counselor Faye Redmon as energetic and engaging, getting clients to contribute in activities and group meetings. “She keeps us all interested in the program,” he shares. “You can see her passion and commitment to what she does.” The different personalities that make up Bridging the Tys to Jordan treatment center come together to form a family atmosphere. Clients are treated with respect, compassion and understanding while still getting the truthful counsel they need to fuel a successful recovery. “All my staff works hard to help clients gain insight on addiction and their personal tendencies,” Everett says. “The staff here are extremely qualied and devoted to their work. It’s truly their passion.”
