Please welcome our newest Molly Maid franchise owners: Brett Moore & Zachary Moore Molly Maid of Southeast Worcester County Brett Moore and Zachary Moore opened Molly Maid of Southeast Worcester County in October. Brett is a retired veteran who consults work with local police and government agencies. He is a previous business owner, inlcuding a vending machine, backhoe/dumptruck and handyman service company. Brett will be the full-time operator as his son, Zach (not pictured) works part time while finishing his college degree. Zach brings customer service and communication experience from previous roles to the business. Brett’s wife, Barbara, will continue her role as an adult protective service worker. NEW FACES in new places

Vincent and Elizabeth Colaiocco Molly Maid of Randolph and Sparta Vincent and Elizabeth Colaiocco opened Molly Maid of Randolph and Sparta in November. Vincent will be the primary operator and Elizabeth (not pictured) will continue working as a board-certified advanced practice nurse. After retiring from the police department in 2013, Vincent continued to serve on a special task force with the local police department on matters such as human trafficking, drugs, and other special units. The Molly Maid culture, including our commitment to the Ms. Molly Foundation made this franchise the right choice for them.

Joe and Jamie Messmore Molly Maid of Peoria Joe and Jamie Messmore bought Molly Maid of Peoria from Gregg and Tobi Mangum and completed training in October. Joe will be the primary operator of the business as Jamie (not pictured) has a master’s degree from Illinois State University and currently serves as Director of Marketing at Heartland Community Health Clinic, where she will continue to work while assisting Joe when possible. Joe graduated from St. Louis University and brings strong business acumen including marketing and managerial experience to the franchise. He is also very involved in the community and serves on the Crittention Centers Board of Directors as well as as Commissioner of the City of Peoria’s Transportation Commission. A fun fact about this couple is that they are big Cubs fans and Joe proposed to Jamie at Wrigley Field in 2010. The couple has two children.

Forces in the Wichita area to battle human trafficking. Peter and Christy Staffopoulos Molly Maid of St. Petersburg/Clearwater Peter and Christy Staffopoulos purchased MOLLY MAID of St. Petersburg/Clearwater from Mearle and Christine Donica and completed new owner training in October. Christy will be the primary operator of the business together, as Peter continues serving as Vice President of Treasury & Tax for Ironman, the global triathlon corporation until retirement. Christy’s background includes professional, leadership roles and strong management before staying at home to raise their children, who are now teens.

Rick and Jill Baker opened Molly Maid of Greater Wichita in October. Jill will be the primary operator of the business as Rick is a private investigator and works with Special
