Following on the heels of Mother’s Day, June is when we remember how awesome our dads are. We had so many people tell us that they enjoyed the “Mom Quiz” that I asked the kids to answer the same questions about their father. The answers of a 10- and an 8-year-old are truly priceless. What is Dad's favorite thing to do?

The things he’s good at — work and smoking cigars. Work (it’s his favorite and least favorite at the same time). How to play games. We love to play games together. Now I can read the instructions myself, though. It is hard to make him laugh. It has to be really funny.

My uncle’s jokes make him laugh.

What makes Dad happy?

I’m not sure, but Marcel is right; he is happy smoking cigars. My dad would be some kind of wizard and have special powers. Working. He works a lot. We are both stubborn sometimes. I am creative, and I am a girl.

The Hulk. He loves to smash things.

Having a cigar.
