JAMIE HECTOR is an actor, storyteller, and co-founder of Moving Mountains Inc., a non-profit theater company that provides inner-city youth with training in the arts. He is known for his roles on The Wire , Bosch , and Queen of the South . Jamie’s parents were born in Haiti, and his earliest memories are of the stories his mother would tell him about her childhood. She passed on her love of storytelling to her son. Jamie
graduated from CUNY and enrolled in the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute. He is married and has two children, whom he loves to write about.
ALAINE ROBERSON is a former educator with more than 20 years of experience in the New York City Department of Education. She is now a talent manager representing talent on stage, television, and film. She is passionate about storytelling and has co-written scripts for film and television with writing partner Jamie Hector. Alaine also develops content for OvrDo Media Production company, working with creatives to bring original show ideas to networks and streaming services. Alaine is co-founder of Moving Mountains Inc.
