Air Serbia is the national flag carrier of the Republic of Serbia, providing scheduled passenger and cargo air transport from its hub at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport. The company is wholly owned by the Republic of Serbia and operates a fleet of 29 aircraft that fly to 93 destinations across Europe, the Mediterranean, the Caucasus, North Africa, Asia and North America. 4.5 Activities, value chain and business relations Our core activities are scheduled passenger services and air cargo carried in the belly hold of passenger aircraft. The company also engages ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and wet-lease arrangements to supplement its own fleet capacity, most notably through the Embraer E190 and Airbus A220-300 aircraft introduced in 2025. Passenger transport remains the predominant source of revenue, complemented by a growing cargo operation. Business activities
