Beyond the statutory bodies, Air Serbia maintains an extended management structure that ensures operational alignment across key business areas. This leadership group oversees key functions such as technical operations, commercial development, supply chain management, human resources, ground operations, service delivery, marketing and corporate communications. It currently includes leaders between 37 and 57 years of age, seven men and two women. These functions play a vital role in implementing sustainable business practices, improving fuel efficiency, optimizing resource consumption, enhancing employee experience and supporting environmentally and socially responsible operations.
Extended management structure
Responsibility for identifying, assessing and managing Air Serbia’s significant economic, environmental and social impacts is delegated from the highest governing bodies to the Executive Board and relevant management functions. While the Shareholders’ Assembly and the Supervisory Board provide strategic and supervisory oversight, operational responsibility for managing impacts, risks and opportunities lies within the executive structure. Each executive director has defined accountability within their scope, in line with internal policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards. Information on impacts, risks and operational developments is escalated through established reporting channels and regular performance reviews; the extended executive team meets twice a week, and the Executive Board reports to the Supervisory Board at quarterly meetings and additional sessions when required.
