Pilot Cadet Program
A key component of the company’s long-term talent strategy is the Pilot Cadet Programme, launched on 15 October 2024 with ten candidates selected for training at the Aviation Academy, one of Serbia’s most reputable aviation education institutions. The program continued in 2025 with an additional 20 cadets, further expanding the pool of future flight crew. Cadets undergo intensive theoretical and practical training, including simulator sessions and continuous mentoring by experienced Air Serbia instructors, and upon completion obtain both a professional pilot licence and a degree in aviation engineering. Looking ahead, the company plans to expand its talent development in 2026 with the continuation of the Pilot Cadet Program and a new cadet pathway dedicated to engineering roles.
