FINAL THOUGHTS The market is ever evolving and 2022 has been a roller coaster! We have seen massive swings in interest rates and record home values while the number of homes sold is decreasing and inventory is constrained. Change is difficult for many people, but success comes to those that embrace the change and adapt to it. The ability to adapt is unlocked by understanding what is changing and why. One of my passions is to relentlessly study out local market and share those insights with you, so that you are equipped to successfully navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of your life-the purchase or sale of a home.
