I work on the service team where I’m responsible for acting as the liaison with customers regarding their maintenance, repair services and upgrades. Why are you excited to be a part of the APi Group people-first culture? I truly appreciate APi Group making such a bold commitment, which not many companies do. I hope the leadership team can walk the talk, root this great culture in Chubb, and enhance the working environment. And I also look forward to seeing more employee activities to elevate employee engagement.

Why are you excited to be a part of the APi Group people-first culture? An average person spends 90,000 hours over the course of their lifetime at work—50 percent of their waking hours or one-third of their life—so it’s important that these hours be filled with memories and moments that spark joy. Our people make our workplace. And our people make Chubb, Chubb. We’re only a few months in but I’ve already started to see changes in language, actions and behavior from people around me. And I’m excited to see what the future has in store for us and be part of the change.

for a service provider and employer that offers more than just a service or a job. They want to see the values of a company’s culture align with theirs. APi Group brings this focus on values to life, and that’s where I see a new “World of Opportunity.”

What does “A World of Opportunity” and new ownership by APi Group mean to you? Same Company. New Look! APi Group underwent a rebrand and as part of that process, we updated our logo and website. The new, modern logo was unveiled in April. “Our CEO Russ Becker took an opportunity to refresh our logo while we were in the middle of a larger rebranding project,” APi Group Director of Marketing & Communications Caralie Roisum said. “He was inspired by one of our other companies’ rebrand. We have gone through a lot of changes in the last couple of years, a major one being publicly traded on the NYSE (APG). It was the right time, with the right partner to rejuvenate our logo, our website, and our marketing materials.” Roisum added that the process of developing and finalizing the new logo took several months. The overall rebranding project, which included refreshing marketing materials and APi’s website, began early in 2020, with a slight pause, and then was picked back up again in early 2021. “Many people worked together to ensure that the new brand symbolizes our contemporary nature while honoring our history and all that we’ve built together as a company,” Roisum concluded.
