Future Proofing Aptus Mental Health Moment
Welcome... to the latest edition of Connections.
In this issue, we shine a spotlight on apprenticeships, with our people director Natasha Clarke outlining the many benefits of recruiting apprentices and the vital role they play at Aptus. In my team we recently welcomed two apprentices who have quickly made their mark and become an integral part of how business development functions. On page 9 we speak to Chloe Amstrong , who started her career with us as an apprentice seven years ago and is now managing a team in her role of gas administration supervisor. This issue also features an overview of our experience in handling projects that have been novated following a business deciding to withdraw from the multi utility sector. Aptus is adept at taking on and completing such projects and we always welcome discussions about how we could work together. As well as the latest news from our business, this edition also features a piece focusing on women in construction. Although the number of women working in construction is increasing, there is still a way to go, and at Aptus we’re always working to change perceptions and showcase the many rewarding roles available in our sector. As always, we’d love to know if there’s anything you’d like to see included in future editions of Connections.
Best wishes Dan Owen Business Development Director
