Congratulations to Dean for his first successful guest lecture at Centennial College! He had the incredible experience of spending time with and listening to the upcoming generation of hoteliers, who were delighted to hear from him and learn from his elaborate experiences in the Industry. Dean inspired students by sharing stories of creating memorable guest experiences and a “Day in Life”, in his role at the Shangri-La Toronto.
