Terms: • Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. • The auctioneer will settle any bid disputes. All animals are purchaser’s risk as soon as sold. • Any necessary corrections to the sale catalog will be made on sale day • This sale will be conducted according to the suggested terms and conditions of the Red Anus Association of America. Genomic Testing: • Animals with the GGP Logo on their pedigree will be parent verified and will come with ge - nomically enhanced EPD’s. We are waiting on results as of 2.26.26. Breeding Guarantee: Bulls and heifers are sold to be guaranteed breed- ers for the first season after sale. In the event of unsatisfactory breeding perfor- mance, either a replacement, refund of your pur- chase, or sale credit will be provided at buyers choice, the animal must be in good health. We highly recommend getting your bulls insured. If interested reach out to us. Health: All cattle have been vaccinated for IBR, BVD, P13, BRSV, 8-way Blackleg, Haemophilus, and Pasteurel - la. All Females are calf hood vaccinated. Cattle will be poured with Clean Up II. All cattle selling out of state will have necessary health papers for delivery. After health papers are in order we will assist in delivery
