Step 2
Clean sanded surface: 1. Before topcoat application, remove all traces of dust and debris created during the repair process. 2. Clean sanded surface with surface cleaner according to: ► Surface Cleaning Method
If LEP is not applied and repair is on outer 1/3 of the leading edge, including 150 mm on either side of blade centerline, then: ► Continue to Step 3 Otherwise: ► Continue to Step 12
Step 3
Mix paint according to: ► Mixing of Two-Component Systems • Use paint of a different color than the blade surface.
Step 4
Apply topcoat with roller or brush to achieve a wet film thickness of 200 µm. • Tolerance: - 25 µm, + 50 µm).
