ELEMENT 20.1 - MINIMISE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH COMPOSITE FIBRE WORK
Learning objective:
169) The participants can act independently in applying the knowledge gained during the general safety lessons to the working environment to minimise the risks associated with composite repair work (Ability, intermediate level)
The instructor shall:
Continually assess and give feedback on the participants’ ability to apply the knowledge gained during the general safety lessons to the working environment to mitigate the risks associated with composite repair work
The participants shall:
Practise the ability to apply the knowledge gained during the general safety and chemical safety lessons to their working environment by correctly selecting and using PPE appropriate to the task in hand and to work in a safe manner with the materials and tools required for each process
