Luxury hotels will grace the Upper Galilee, Jerusalem and Eilat in the coming years - in true Fattal tradition. Sketches of our new hotels, on the tip of the iceberg.
The Canaan Hotel The Canaan Hotel is situated in the Upper Galilee and overlooks Mount Meron and the Sea of Galilee. The hotel, which is scheduled to open in April 2023, will undergo a general renovation at a cost of 50 million NIS and will operate as a prestigious and indulgent hotel, at a high international hotelier standard. The hotel will be in high demand by both tourists and Israelis seeking a luxurious vacation, pampering to the body and for the soul. The Canaan Hotel will include 119 luxury rooms and suites, lobby, VIP lounge, restaurant, prestigious health club and spa with an indoor swimming pool and sensory pool, meeting rooms and convention halls. Ron Hotel The Ron Hotel building is situated at 44 Jaffa Street, opposite Zion Square, in Jerusalem. The structure, which dates back to the 1920s, served as a place for speeches as part of election assemblies and other
political events. The structure’s balcony made history, because it was on this balcony that Menachem Begin announced in August 1948 that he had come out of the underground, declared the dissolution of the Irgun proclaimed that his warriors were joining the IDF. Fattal will restore the structure to its natural place as Jerusalem’s cultural and business center. After the extensive renovation, the hotel will include 169 rooms, reception lobby, dining room, bar and pool on the roof, gym and extensive commercial spaces. Opens: May 2027. Luxury Hotel in Eilat In addition: Luxury hotel in Eilat with 300 rooms and suites. Hotel facilities: lobby, lounge, restaurant, spa and gym, pool swimming boasting a spectacular view, meeting rooms, convention hall and extensive
commercial spaces. Opens: June 2025.
