Fattal Hotel Chain - September 2022

The hotel is located between the Baha’i Gardens and the German Colony, founded by the Templars in 1868. At the beginning of World War II, the Templar residents were transferred to concentration camps, and later expelled from the country, leaving behind their homes. Today, the ancient stone houses that have been preserved, serve as cafes, restaurants, galleries and souvenir shops. Thanks to the picturesque feeling of a European town in the heart of downtown Haifa, they attract many partygoers from the city and beyond. The main axis of the German colony, Ben Gurion Boulevard, crosses it along its length. At the end of the Boulevard is the lower entrance to the Baha’i Gardens. The Botanica Hotel will stand exactly at this extraordinary meeting point.

Architect Nestor Sandbank, who specializes in designing luxury hotels for companies such as Brown, Lighthouse Hotels and other projects in Israel and abroad, was chosen to design the unique hotel. According to Sandbank: ״The hotel features a timeless design inspired by the botanical gardens and the German colony – a blend of periods and cultures that stand out and characterize the area. Meticulous unique motifs, from the foundation to the rafters, are incorporated in the hotel, with an emphasis on details. Each of the floors has a different color and shade, depending on the appearance of the gardens that alternate on the different terraces.״ Hotel guests will enjoy a luxurious lobby-bar, where they can relax throughout the day; a café; a five-room spa; a state-of-the-art gym; a pool with a beautiful view of the Baha’i Gardens; a restaurant with a rich culinary menu and bar; a patio designed like a greenhouse; a shopping complex, the Rooftop restaurant conference halls and meeting rooms. ״The design of the new hotel corresponds with elements that characterize the
