The aim of this lesson is to enable the participants to reflect on and process their learning outcome and key takeaways from the training, aiming to achieve a high learning transfer from the training to their way of working.
ELEMENT 8.1 - TRAINING REVIEW
The instructor shall:
Re-present the overall aims and learning objectives of the training for the participants’ comparison of their learning outcomes and the achievement of their previously stated expectations for the training
The participants shall:
Reflect on their learning outcome and key takeaways from Fire Awareness Initial Training, aiming to achieve a high learning transfer from the training to their way of working by means of e.g.
a.
group discussions or walk & talk
b.
questions & answers in class or where suitable
