Explain the layout of the GWO participant performance assessment form and how it is used
The participants shall:
Engage themselves in discussions and ask questions when in doubt in relation to the assessment procedure
ELEMENT 1.6 - MOTIVATION
Learning objective:
10) The participants can show interest and willingness to engage in the learning activities (Ability, basic level)
The instructor shall:
Explain and lead a discussion on:
a. the importance of personal involvement in the course
b. the definition of and the need for Working at Height Initial Training knowledge, skills and abilities when working in the wind industry
Positive motivation is the driving force for commitment, and the instructor should make a focused effort to support growth of the necessary attitude and motivation in the participant

The participants shall:
Engage themselves in discussions and share experiences on BST Working at Height
When participants succeed by trying things out on their own, drawing on their experience and applying the instructor’s feedback, they develop a positive attitude and a sense of responsibility towards the subject and their work performance

ELEMENT 1.7 - HUMAN FACTORS
The aim of the element is to draw the participants’ attention to how human behaviour and taking responsibility influences a safe work environment. In addition, the aim is to prepare for a continued focus on human factors during practical training and exercises.
