LESSON 11 - TRAINING REVIEW

The aim of this lesson is to enable the participants to reflect on and process their learning outcome and key takeaways from the training, aiming to achieve a high learning transfer from the training to their way of working.
ELEMENT 11.1 - TRAINING REVIEW
The instructor shall:
Re-present the overall aims and learning objectives of the training for the participants’ comparison of their learning outcomes and the achievement of their previously stated expectations for the training
Lead a discussion or Q&A aiming at the participants’ reflections of their learning outcome in relation to their ways of working
The participants shall:
Reflect on their learning outcome and key takeaways from Sea Survival Initial Training, aiming to achieve a high learning transfer from the training to their way of working by means of for example:
a.
group discussions or walk & talk
b.
questions & answers in class, or where suitable
The instructor may additionally conduct a local evaluation of the training
