How much time and energy have you wasted in your life feel- ing angry, vengeful, hurt, or upset over something that really didn’t matter? Have you taken someone’s words or actions personally, when they really weren’t about you at all? How many judgments have you made without knowing all of the facts? Imagine how much extra energy you would have for positive thoughts and your more fulfilled life if you stopped doing that today! You could approach all circumstances and relationships in your life this same way. ! When a friend, a family member, or a loved one does something that you think is wrong or that offends you, take a moment and ask yourself if you really know why he or she did it, or if you just assume you know why.
