Do you have any spiritual goals? Do you want to find the right church for you and your family? Do you want to get closer to God? Do you want to read the Bible? ! What are your self-improvement goals? Do you want to spend more time with family? Stop smoking? Learn a new trade? Be more confident? Stop procrastinating? Become an action-oriented person? Become a problem solver rather than a problem talker? Be more grateful? ! What about your body and health? Do you want to get through an illness? Do you want to lose weight? Eat healthier? Exercise? Be physically fit? ! How do you want to feel on a daily basis? Grateful? Happy? Confident? Accomplished? Powerful? Relaxed? In control? Secure? At ease? What would your mental health be like? ! How would you like your current relationships to evolve? What new relationships would you like to come into your life? Who would you hang around? Which family mem- bers would you spend more time with? What people would you spend less time with? Would you like to get married? Have children?
