The instructor shall:
Lead a discussion with the participants about the importance of treating all electrical equipment as live until an electrically safe work condition has been established
Challenge participants to demonstrate during practical sessions that they will treat all electrical equipment as live until an electrically safe work condition has been established
The participants shall:
Engage in the discussion and share their experiences and understandings about the reasons for treating all electrical equipment as live until an electrically safe work condition has been established
Commit to demonstrating good practice during practical sessions that they will treat all electrical equipment as live until an electrically safe work condition has been established
