LESSON 6 - TRAINING REVIEW

The aim of this lesson is to enable the participants to reflect on and process their learning outcomes and key takeaways from training, aiming to achieve a high learning transfer from training to their way of working.
ELEMENT 6.1 - TRAINING REVIEW
The instructor shall:
Re-present the overall aims and learning objectives of the training for the participants’ comparison of their learning outcome and the achievement of their previously stated expectations for the training
The participants shall:
Reflect on their learning outcome and key takeaways from the CoHE Pressure Fluid Safety Initial Training, aiming to achieve a high learning transfer from training to their way of working by means of group discussions, questions and answers in class, or a walk and talk where suitable
ELEMENT 6.2 - FEEDBACK SESSION
The instructor shall:
Give overall feedback on the participants’ learning outcomes inspired by the training as well as from the training review session
Encourage the participants to examine and grow awareness of which specific elements in their own WTG type and work environment differ from the training scenario environment (to visualise and enhance learning transfer) Encourage the participants to discuss with colleagues after the training completion about how the CoHE Pressure Fluid Safety Initial Training content, methods and techniques are similar or different to the local specific conditions identified
