The participants shall:
Engage in the assessment activities, reflect on the received feedback and use the feedback to improve their performance in each subsequent scenario
Required measuring equipment and PPE shall be available and used at all times during the scenario-based training

LESSON 3 - TRAINING REVIEW

The aim of this lesson is to enable the participants to reflect on and process their learning outcomes and key takeaways from training, aiming to achieve a high learning transfer from training to their way of working.
ELEMENT 3.1 - TRAINING REVIEW
The instructor shall:
Re-present the overall aims and learning objectives of the training for the participants’ comparison of their learning outcome and the achievement of their previously stated expectations for the training
The participants shall:
Reflect on their learning outcome and key takeaways from the CoHE Pressure Fluid Safety Refresher Training, aiming to achieve a high learning transfer from training to their way of working by means of group discussions, questions and answers in class, or a walk and talk where suitable
