Have corresponding diagrams which reflect all components and connections
•
Have stored energy (e.g. a 12V dc battery)
•
Have at least 2 loads with their respective isolations from the main source
• All components must be reflected in an accurate electrical diagram showing all connections, for use during the training
The electrical system should contain at least:
•
A 12 V battery
•
Electrical protection
•
Appropriate electrical wires
•
Switches
•
Capacitors
•
Terminals for rail
•
Push buttons (NO and NC)
•
1 contactor or relays for each load
• Control measures to ensure operation at only low voltages without any risk of exposure to high voltages during training
Any equipment used during this GWO training module shall meet or exceed the minimum requirements of the national standards in the country where the training is taking place. When working in a country where there is no applicable national standard then the equipment shall meet or exceed the minimum requirements of the European Standards.
2.
CoHE Pressure Fluid Safety Module
The following equipment is required during the entire duration of training for CoHE Pressure Fluid Safety Initial and Refresher Training to meet the needs of the CoHE Pressure Fluid Safety Module:
•
PPE suitable for pressure fluids tasks
o Gloves and safety goggles o safety shoes or boots o suitable clothing or overalls
•
Manometer
