We support family stability by helping with basic needs, such as food, clothing, financial stability, and shelter, so that individuals can focus on spending more time with their loved ones.

We want to provide special outdoor experiences for all. We believe everyone should have access to the outdoors regardless of ability, income, etc.

We are committed to developing our employees by providing training opportunities and a welcoming environment where everyone has the ability to grow and succeed.

Leading with Vision

Dear OAI Family,

As we close out another year, I am proud and grateful to reflect on the work we have accomplished together to make a lasting impact in our communities. Every day, I am reminded of our shared higher purpose: to support family stability by providing access to essential resources families need to thrive and helping them experience a special outdoor experience, regardless of their circumstances. This higher purpose is a testament to the kind of communities we want to help build. In 2024, the efforts of our Community Impact Committee brought remarkable results, thanks to the dedication of our team, members and partners. Through a collective commitment to giving back, we were able to provide significant resources to those who need them most. It has been heartening to see how, time and again, people have stepped up to help ensure that families are taken care of with dignity and joy. We also introduced new initiatives this year that expanded our reach and impact, allowing us to connect with even more families and individuals. These initiatives included partnerships with local organizations that share our commitment to creating supportive, resilient communities. Whether it’s donating essential goods, offering our facilities or our employees donating their precious time, each new partnership has been a meaningful step toward building stronger connections.

Our commitment to our employees is at the heart of this higher purpose. I am thrilled to report that we have continued to offer professional development through training programs and numerous volunteer opportunities. By supporting our team’s growth and empowering them to make a difference, we are investing in the future leaders of Outdoor Adventures and reinforcing our company culture of hospitality and stewardship. Each team member’s contribution— whether through hands-on service, community events, or donations of dollars—has helped turn our higher purpose into action. We look forward to building on this foundation in 2025 as we head into our 30th year of business, ensuring that all families feel secure, special, and that every employee is empowered to make a meaningful impact.

Sincerely,

Jason King Chief Executive Officer
