MSCA 1st Annual General Meeting 1 October 2021
Malaysia Smart Cities Alliance Association (MSCA) 1st AGM was conducted on 1st October 2021. During this AGM, the MSCA constitution was adopted and AGM the committee was formed. The committee consist of Dr. Raslan Ahmad, FASc, as the chair, Mr. Cheng Jew Keng, Chief Operating Officer as a vice chairman, Madam Azura Ali as Honorary Secretary and Mr. Muhammad Badzli as Honorary Treasury with Three exco’s . MSCA envisions itself as a platform for smart city stakeholders (smart city leaders and city builders, governments, corporations, entrepreneurs, and academic innovators) to advance smart city initiatives and add value to existing initiatives in Malaysia. MSCA pursues growth strategies through collaboration in the form of Public-Private Partnership (PPP), which involves national and international stakeholders.
