WEEKLY CHECKLIST
Check your email or Basecamp for messages from your team. Respond to those messages—and please ask us questions! For Print Customers: Check Basecamp (or your email) and give timely updates on your print projects.
Give feedback on artwork
Send custom content like photos from your clinic
Sign your Direct Mail approval forms to make sure your project gets sent out on time!
MONTHLY CHECKLIST
Fill out your Stat Tracker. This helps us track which marketing initiatives are working the best for you! Read your monthly written SEO report. This comes from Sarah Stafford. For Google Ads PPC Customers: Watch your monthly video report to understand your ad performance! Reply to the report if you have a question. For Google Ads PPC Customers: Send a quick note to your PPC team to tell them what’s happening in the clinic. Did you notice an uptick in patient volume? Did you move locations? We want to know! For Print Customers: Log your number of reactivated patients on your Stat Tracker.
