Encourage the participants to examine and grow awareness of which specific elements in their own WTG type/WTG environment differ from the training scenario environment (to visualise and enhance learning transfer), and to discuss with colleagues about how the BTT content, methods and techniques are similar or different to the local specific conditions identified after the module completion
