• Added prerequisite for Participants to possess a personal WINDA ID and provide it to the Training Provider prior to completing the course. • Changed certification requirement from issuing a certificate to instead upload a record of training to WINDA. • Changed requirement from handing out certificates to Participants to instead ensure that Participants have provided their WINDA ID.
