2) Minimum documented 2000 hours experience of teaching GWO modules 3) Prove knowledge about adult learning principles and experience in applying these in trainings 4) Prove knowledge (IQT level) about GWO Taxonomy Framework and experience in applying the principles in planning and executing trainings The IQT Trainer applicant is approved through: 1) A written application that among others addresses the prerequisites listed above, 2) Observation by IQTT Teacher of training delivery with following feedback (in- person or video observation) 3) and a following interview with GWO IQTT Teacher

5.10 Instructor Qualification Requirements
GWO Instructors must adhere to the GWO Requirements for Training.
In all GWO Standards, the term GWO Instructor refers to those delivering training modules. Within the IQT (Instructor Qualification Training), we introduce two distinct titles: the IQT Trainer and IQTT Teacher. These terms are used to reflect the more pedagogically focused nature of the Instructor Qualification modules and to differentiate them from the technical focus of GWO Instructors in other standards. In addition, IQT Trainers and IQTT Teachers must meet the criteria listed below in table 5.10.1.
