LEARNING STYLES
The aim of this lesson is to build a basic understanding of the variety of learning styles and their impact on the individual learning experiences.
After having successfully completed this lesson, the participants can:
19) Describe the principles of different learning styles (Knowledge, Basic level)
20) Explain why learning activities should address multiple learning styles (Knowledge, Intermediate level)
TEACH BACK SESSION 2
25 min. per participant (15 min. teach back, 10 min. feedback)
The aim of this teach back session is to allow IQT Trainers to demonstrate and enable participants to deeply understand the concept of the IQT teach back sessions’ feedback. It is also the opportunity to show how feedback should be perceived in the IQT Standard and the approach and best practice of how to conduct feedback as IQT Trainer delivering the IQT. Topic: Human Factors in the wind industry (GWO standard lesson 1) or a topic of their own choice. Whatever props, material, equipment, training and visual aids deemed relevant for each individual teach back session should be brought by the individual participant.

21) The participants can take responsibility for organising the learners (Ability, Intermediate level)
22) The participants can take initiative to adjust and direct dialogue and learning activities to support relevant learning structures and traditions (Ability, Intermediate level)
AIMS AND LEARNING OBJECTIVES
The aim of this lesson is to put focus on the correlation and differences between aims and learning objectives, and to ensure that considerations about why a training is offered and what the expected outcome of a training should be included in the instructors’ considerations when planning learning activities.
