ELEMENT 2.7 - HUMAN FACTORS

The aim of this element is to draw participants’ attention to how human performance and taking responsibility influences a safe work environment, and to prepare for the continued focus on human factors during practical training and exercises.

Learning objectives:

15) The participants can describe the relevant human factors, and their implications. (Knowledge, Basic level)

16) The participants show interest and willingness to focus on human factors and their own performance during the following practical training and exercises (Ability, Basic level)

ELEMENT 2.8 - REFLECTION TOOLS

Learning objective:

17) The participants take responsibility to reflect on their learning and apply reflection tools to support their learning process (Ability, Intermediate level)

ELEMENT 2.9 - PARTICIPANTS TOPIC RANKING

The aim of this element is to investigate, if there are topics that the participants prioritise over other topics, in order for the trainer to adjust the course design. INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN PART 1 – ALIGNMENT TRIANGLE

The aim of this lesson is to enable the participants to address the connection between the Learning Objectives, Learning Activities, and Assessment.

After having successfully completed this lesson, the participants can:

18) Discuss the influence of the alignment triangle on didactical factors’ in training (Knowledge, Intermediate level)

19) Explain how the GWO Taxonomy supports the alignment between learning objectives, learning activities, and assessment (Knowledge, Intermediate level)
