3. Performance in teach back sessions and other learning activities during the IQTT
Formative assessment of the participants is conducted throughout the IQTT by the IQTT teachers according to the IQTT assessment criteria, and formative assessment feedback should be conducted on day 2 or 3 in the IQTT based on the steps one, two, and three assessments. The summative assessment (pass or fail) shall be based on the assessment steps one, two, and three concluded by the IQTT teachers using the IQTT Participant Performance Assessment Form in IQT Standard Annex 4. The conclusion of the summative assessment shall be shared at the end of the training.
The IQT Trainer is approved by the IQTT Teachers based on the above assessment.
Any IQTT participant has the right to appeal decisions made by the IQTT course Teacher in regard to the participant's passing or not passing the IQTT. The process is outlined on the GWO website and will be available to the course participants before the training starts.

1) Hold a valid GWO IQT or IQTX training record, or similar certificate Where an IQT record is not held, a gap analysis using the GWO IQT Gap Analysis V2 in the Requirements for Training must be submitted to GWO as part of the application. Any gaps identified shall be closed by training according to the gap assessment process 2) Minimum documented 2000 hours experience of teaching GWO modules 3) Prove knowledge about adult learning principles and experience in applying these in trainings 4) Prove knowledge (IQT level) about the GWO Taxonomy Framework and experience in applying these principles in planning and executing trainings. The above prerequisites 3 and 4 will be assessed in the training delivery observation prior as part of the IQTT application process

9.5 IQTT Module Participant Ratio Because of the flexible strategy with demands of ensuring the needed learning experiences from day-to-day, a minimum team of two teachers is required to facilitate the ongoing preparation, observation, assessment, feedback, and leading learning activities.
