To clarify individual needs for focus in regard to the IQT syllabus that should be addressed during the IQTT
Alignment on adult learning theory
Introduction to the learner log and other relevant learning reflection tools
Distribution of IQT lessons to be planned and taught by IQTT participants

Presentations of planned lessons – choice of teach back activities
Relevant and supporting topics by IQTT Teachers
