19) Select and evaluate teaching methods, learning activities, and assessment strategies that align with adult learning principles and the characteristics of an adult target audience (Skills, Advanced level)
20) Apply didactical factors when designing, developing, planning, and delivering training activities to promote active participation and effective learning transfer (Skills, Advanced level)
21) Evaluate and reflect on the impact of chosen teaching strategies and other didactical considerations on participant learning outcomes (Knowledge, Advanced level)
PARTICIPANTS' LESSONS - TEACH-BACK SESSIONS
50 min. per participant (35 min. teach back, 15 min. feedback)
The aims of the participants planning and teaching lessons and learning activities are threefold:
1. To support the participants development of their individual IQT programmes
2. To practise alignment to the GWO Taxonomy Framework, including feedback and assessment skills
3.
To share knowledge and materials within their IQTT cohort

Present the lesson plan
5.
Lead a learning activity with participants’ active involvement
6. Assess the engagement and learning outcomes (and provide feedback if feasible)
7. Provide feedback in different relevant structures (by teachers, peers, in combination, or individually)
