ANNEX 2 - PRE-COURSE PARTICIPANT PREPARATION LISTS
These lists present the needed preparation for the participants before joining. The aim of the preparation is to support that participants have an aligned minimum knowledge about GWO instructor profession. The preparation list should be shared in the delivering training providers’ joining instructions.
1.
IQT Module Participant Preparation List
Participants must:
• Be familiar with GWO Taxonomy (found in the Requirements for Training) (Videos available on the Global Wind Organisation YouTube channel) • Be familiar with Adult Learning Principles (Presented in the Terms and Definitions section in the IQT standard)

Have access to GWO Training Standards
• Bring their preferred materials required for delivering activities for Teach back session 2 – standard classroom resources will be available
• Have access to technology (e.g. computer or laptop) and resources required for research, presentations etc.
2.
IQTX Module Participant Preparation List
Participants must:
• Reflect on the purpose of the Alignment Triangle and how to apply the alignment into their teaching planning (Concept presented in the GWO Taxonomy Framework)
• Be familiar with GWO Taxonomy (found in the Requirements for Training)
• Be familiar with Adult Learning Principles (Presented in the Terms and Definitions section in the IQT standard)

Have access to GWO Training Standards
• Bring their preferred materials required for delivering activities for Teach back session 2 – standard classroom resources will be available
• Have access to technology (e.g. computer or laptop) and resources required for research, presentations, etc.
