Participants must:
• Be familiar with GWO Taxonomy (found in the Requirements for Training)
• Reflect on the purpose of the Alignment Triangle and how to apply the alignment into their teaching planning (GWO Taxonomy, Requirements for Training)

Be Familiar with Adult Learning Principles
• Bring technology and resources required for research, presentations etc.
