WHEN OVERWHELM IS RUSHING IN, YOU CAN USE YOUR FINGERS TO CALM YOUR BODY. JUST TOUCH YOUR THUMB TO EACH FINGERTIP ONE AT A TIME AND STATE SOMETHING YOU ARE GRATEFUL FOR WITH EACH TAP. YOU CAN ALSO USE AN AFFIRMATION, LIKE “I AM FEELING PEACEFUL.” REPEAT WITH EACH HAND AS MANY TIMES AS YOU NEED.

WHEN FEELING ANXIOUS, THE SOUND OF VOO CAN CALM YOU. TAKE A DEEP BREATH IN THROUGH YOUR NOSE. ON THE EXHALE MAKE AN EXTENDED SOUND OF VOO. CONTINUE DOING THIS AT YOUR OWN PACE. THIS BREATH WILL PROVIDE PEACE AND PRESENCE.
